General Home Inspection

United Inspection Service provides a comprehensive evaluation of the property inspected. We inspect the property for current deficiencies, and look for future concerns. During the inspection we take the time to answer the client's questions and concerns as well as explain how the systems of the home operate. We disclose the condition of the home in simple layman's terms that you can easily understand.

Our inspectors are degreed engineers who have many years of experience in the industry. All inspectors are licensed and belong to ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). We take our profession very seriously and put the extra effort to provide you with the best inspection possible.

We understand purchasing a house can be very trying at times and choosing the right home inspector can make all the difference in the world. We do not work in conjunction with any real estate brokers and are not affiliated with any contractors. In other words we will not be swayed by any real estate broker and will not recommend our favorite contractor to fix any problems found on the property. Hiring United Inspection Service as your home inspector provides you an unbiased fair assessment as to the condition of the property.
